Some Reminders:
 New students must arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes early.

All students must arrive on time.

Late students will not be admitted.

Shower the day you come to class.

All classes are 90 minutes.

Come on an empty stomach.

Please bring a large towel, washcloth, and a bottle of water.

All students must have their own mat after their first class. We rent them for $2, or sell them for $22.

No cologne, perfume or scented oils please.

No cell-phones or pagers.
