My name is Val Sklar Robinson. I would personally like to welcome you to Bikram Yoga Pasadena. Bikram Yoga is the original and authentic Hot Yoga. We are not a fad, we have been healing bodies and changing lives since 1998. We have been voted best yoga program by the readers of the Pasadena Weekly 5 of the last 7 years. We are also an independently owned and operated business. I opened this studio in 1998 an continue to manage and run it myself because this yoga makes me feel amazing and it works. I encourage all our new and local students to sign up for the intro month and commit to a minimum of 3 times per week to experience all the healing benefits of regular yoga practice.
