Welcome to Bikram Yoga Pasadena

Bikram yoga is a challenging, exciting and effective workout, designed to work the whole body from the inside out. Every muscle, joint, ligament, tendon and organ in the body can receive benefits from this class.

 

Whether you are looking for a great workout, or to reduce the symptoms of a long-term or new injury, this is the class for you! The more you put into the class, the more you will get out of it.

 

We heat the room, so be prepared to work hard and sweat. Bikram yoga can improve flexibility, increase circulation and reduce stress. Bring a large towel, bottle of water and washcloth. Come to class clean with an empty stomach and an open mind.
